Most spa water problems come back to a few things: low or used-up sanitizer, pH and alkalinity out of range, high calcium from hard water, or old water loaded with lotions and soaps. Arizona tap water tends to be hard, which is why scale on the shell and jets is so common here. We test, figure out what's actually going on, and treat the cause instead of just adding more chemicals.

FAQ
Warm water, heavy use and hard water all push chemistry out of balance quickly. Cloudiness usually means sanitizer is too low, pH or alkalinity is off, or filters need cleaning.
It can fix today's problem, but spa water drifts again within days to weeks. Most clients pair a treatment visit with our biweekly maintenance.
When water is old, heavily used or has very high dissolved solids, fresh water is often faster and more reliable. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense.
